Yesterday, I had a crummy, stressful day at work. It was one of those days when the higher-ups are freaking out about an impossible deadline at the end of the week, getting everyone else all stirred up and anxious, only to find out later that the deadline is actually two weeks away. It was frustrating and tiring.

Today I was browsing teamsugar and came across user mdbzmom asking for a recipe that consisted nonfat plain yogurt.
This got me really excited, because a lot of my favorite cakes have just that in them.
So here is a post full of the tastiest looking cakes I found on the net that have plain yogurt of course!

In response to Mme. hart's request for a healthier pumpkin cheesecake recipe, I spent the weekend, calculator in hand, working on lightening up my recipe. I ended up with one that was great tasting and had a real cheesecake texture by using 1/2 light cream cheese and 1/2 yogurt cheese.

Rabid's Lolita Brownies
Calling any food "wicked" is not really my style...to me, what actually is wicked is corporatised food, hurried, rushed, unloved food. Food that fails to satisfy. Food under false pretences.

I spotted this recipe in Rachel Ray's "Everyday" Magazine last night at my mom's house and they look so darling and delicious. I think I could make this recipe even better by substituting crushed Oreos for the ice cream cones.
Cupcake + ice cream = happiness!
