Between the popularity of "Mad Men," stars like Katy Perry and Lady Gaga donning retro styles, and the resurgence of Madonna-esque Jean-Paul Gaultier styles, the resurgence of bullet bras seems almost inevitable. London shops have seen cone-shaped bra sales up as much as 33% from last year, and experts are attributing the trend to a focus on women's curves typically prevalent during economic crisis. "Throughout the last century the trend for feminine pointy shaped bras experienced a renaissance following times of a toughened economy, marking a return of unabashed femininity as women seek to have more fun with fashion as a form of escapism," says a spokesperson for UK retailer John Lewis. We've always loved the look of a fuller figure--perhaps a more prominent bust will lead the way.

A NATION OF COWARDS
Jeffrey R. Snyder
OUR SOCIETY has reached a pinnacle of self-expression and respect for individuality rare or unmatched in history. Our entire popular culture -- from fashion magazines to the cinema -- positively screams the matchless worth of the individual, and glories in eccentricity, nonconformity, independent judgment, and self-determination.

The eye was small so I had to guess some of the colours... also I have a more round eye shape, but I think I did alright.

I read in my ELLE UK (September 2008) issue that the beauty trend is coloured eyeshadow. Now you guys probably know by now that I like using colour on my eyes, but this was very bright. They say "wear it with a bare face to ensure the overall look is grown-up" (page 360).

I like the fact that many more colours can be used this summer, so here is my sunny summer look. Tip, don't wear it after a bad night's sleep.
(Yes, I plucked my eyebrows a little more on the top)
I first used Too Faced Magic Wand Foundation in New York Light.

I'm not against makeup on guys. Some wear it well, like Dave Navarro and Pete Wentz. I think there's a strong argument to be made for moisturizer, concealer, eyebrow grooming gel, bronzer, even oil-blotting paper.
