So you are in debt over your head and you can not afford to make the minimum monthly payments towards your credit cards, vehicle payments, regular bills, etc. So, an option would be to get help from Credit Counselors that tell you they will be able to help you out by:
1. Giving you the money (loan) if you are approved to pay off your debt then you have to pay them back monthly.

Hi sugers,
I am curious to know if any of you have been through counselling at some stage in your life or had cognitive therapy for anything?
Did it work for you?
How did you find the methods?

Credit score is said to play a very important role because it is one of the major things which lenders are considering. Normally, the possibility of getting the loans and some other things will depend upon this credit score. If your credit score is able to qualify for a loan your credit rating still affects the amount that you will be offered.

In psychology, adjustment disorder (AD) is a classification of mental disorder that is a psychological response from an identifiable stressor or group of stressors that causes significant emotional or behavioral symptoms that does not meet criteria for more specific disorders. The condition is different from anxiety disorder which lacks the presence of a stressor, or post-traumatic stress disorder and acute stress disorder which usually are associated with a more intense stressor. Adjustment Disorders may also be acute or chronic, depending on whether it lasts more or less than six months.

I'm 20, and I've been with my BF for 15 months now. We're both in college, though he is 25 because his family couldn't afford to pay for his education all at once, so he did 3 years, worked for 2 and came back. Last semester he took 21 hours (the max allowed at my school) even though I told him it was a bad idea, and he became extremely withdrawn.

I've always been a fairly high-strung person, but as I've gotten older my anxious tendencies have worsened. I get frequent panic attacks and worry about irrational things like having cancer (if I get a random headache I automatically think I have a tumor) or dying (I used to love flying and now I can't convince myself to get on a plane because it might crash). When I try to talk myself out of an attack I start to think I might be going crazy and will end up in a mental institution which, of course, only makes the panicking worse.
