Sex is everything. To go beyond sugarcoating the issue, wether it be in relationships, advertisement, media, and the like, sex is everything and everywhere. Wether it be part of an innuendo, a sub-context, flat out blatant in your face, or anything between, it's undeniable that sex is an integral part in not only our culture, but our everyday life.

With Thanksgiving coming up, I'm sure many of you are looking forward to chowing down on some delicious foods. Most of us end up eating way more than usual, and since many of the dishes may be richer or sweeter than you're used to, it can cause some major discomfort in the tummy department. Here are some gentle stretches you can do to ease digestion.

Here's my favorite fudge recipe. I cannot eat it anymore (because it has got too much sugar for my system) but I can attest to the fact that it delicious as three years ago I made it and umm...ate all 4 pounds myself. Bad wackdoodle bad!

Most of my life I've often wondered why Thanksgiving seemed to be for many families a trigger word for family dysfuction. Why individuals couldn't just let that disagreement with another family member go for one bloody day and enjoy some good food and conversation with more pleasant family members. I have to keep reminding my self that I'm pragmatic by nature and that is apparently unusual.
I found an article with some helpful tips.
Holidays are meant to be happy, joyous and life-affirming times.

As many of you know, I am not a fan of artificial colorings in our food. Earlier this year I wrote a four-part series on these petroleum-based dyes and their effects on our health.
But these colorants are not just in processed food.

If only I were referring to the ever so stylish wool pea coat, but no, I mean that terrible winter weight that starts to take over this time of year. Beginning with Halloween and, what seems like impossible to escape, candy. This is without a doubt my favorite time of year, but also the worst for fitness.

Chocolate truffles are a delicious treat, and making them is worth the effort!!! This recipe from the Food Network is just do-able enough that the untrained inner-chef in you can rise to the occassion! With several varieties to suite many palates, this recipe is a keeper!
