Leonardo DiCaprio isn’t shy about letting people know he is back on with ex Bar Refaeli: They had a hot-and-heavy make-out session at new Las Vegas club, The Bank in the Bellagio Hotel, on New Year’s Eve.
DiCaprio and Refaeli arrived around 11:10 with actor Lukas Haas and 15 other pals. The group sat at a VIP table (stocked with $30,000 bottles of three liter Moet White Gold champagne!), overlooking the dance floor.

Leonardo DiCaprio is mourning the death of his beloved maternal grandmother, Helene Indenbirken.
Indenbirken, whom The Departed star called Oma, was 93 and passed away in a hospital in her native North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, according to Indenbirken's hometown paper, the Recklinghauser Zeitung.
No exact date or cause of death has been reported.
Only last week, DiCaprio and his mother visited Indenbirken in the hospital in Oer-Erkenschwick.

Leonardo DiCaprio has settled a court battle over the construction of a basketball court at his Hollywood home.
The Titanic star and his cousin Robert Hrtica, from whom DiCaprio rents the Hollywood Hills home, were sued by neighbors Ronald and Joan Linclau last May for allegedly causing damage to their property.
The Linclaus alleged DiCaprio “maliciously” cut and removed hedges; excavated “earth, granite and bedrock”, destabilizing their deck and swimming pool; and ignored their repeated requests to halt the 2004 construction.

Leonardo DiCaprio was left so shattered after a torture scene in new political thriller Body of Lies he was ill for days.
The Titanic star prepared for the scene in a former Moroccan jail for months, but had no idea the intensity of the shoot would leave him drained and sick.
DiCaprio, who plays a CIA operative alongside Russell Crowe in the film, says, “We did that (scene) in the middle of some medieval torture tomb.

Leonardo DiCaprio is reportedly joining Mark Wahlberg in an untitled remake of the 2006 documentary Cocaine Cowboys. , Mark Wahlberg will play the drug kingpin Jon Roberts in the story, which chronicles the life of the largest cocaine trafficker in Miami in the 1970s and 1980s. And Wahlberg has persuaded Leonardo DiCaprio to play the supporting role.
