Dita Von Teese asks for her lawsuit to be dismissed

Jun 14, 2008 - Dita Von Teese has asked a Los Angeles court to dismiss her lawsuit against a giant swan manufacturer over a malfunctioning stage prop after the item was returned to her fully repaired.
