Yes, here on the Sugar Network we are wrapping up our wedding coverage. The honeymoon may be over, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't get physical with your honey.
Now that you are settling back into "real-life" and life as a married couple, I suggest scheduling some exercise time together.

A little workout nostalgia — I was just thinking back to when I first started exercising, thanks in large part to my dad. Outside of required gym class or a sports team, I was trying to remember when fitness became important to me, and landed right at about eighth grade.
Around the end of middle school, beginning of high school, I started to pay attention to other girls and the way my own body was shaping up.

Most people don't think to train their lower backs. If you are working your abs, you should also be working your lower back. If your abs become stronger that your lower back, it could cause problems.

You all know that I think it's important to have a game plan when headed to the gym. Why not use my Arm Plan? It will certainly work your arms and there is now a printable version so you can take it to the gym or use at home!

The idea of aging always seems to be under debate; teenagers can't wait to experience it (or at least up until their 21st birthdays), while people "over the hill" dread its ever-increasing effects. While the process of aging may be inevitable for anyone who possesses human genes (unless you're Demi Moore), there are still a number of ways that you can slow its scary effects without having to dish out cash for plastic surgery. We would still like to be able to have facial expressions by the time we're 70...

I workout usually 6 days per week. I do at least 3 days of strength training and 5 days of cardio. I never do more than 30 minutes of each at a time.

Well, since Arthur was so good about sharing his fitness for the day, I'll share mine. :)
I've been doing MSN's guide to "A Summer Body in 28 Days." Yesterday was Day 10 and I was supposed to do 45 minutes of cardio:
5 minute warm-up
6 minutes of fast walking
1 minute of regular walking
Repeat fast/slow cycle 5 times
5 minute cool-down
I forgot that the fast walking (I actually just run with my dog) was supposed to be for 6 minutes until my last cycle, so I ended up having to make up four fast minutes before I started my cool-down.
