Hey girls!
I have acne prone skin which has been clearing up nicely due to a acne-busting recipe I found on acne.org...however I'm in desperate need of an exfoliant. The Benzoyl peroxide is doing wonders for my acne, but completely drying out the affected areas.

1. Be a gentle scrubber – Older skin needs careful treatment. Keep your exfoliation routine gentle and look for a product that has spherical grains that won’t scratch your skin.

With the Oscars red carpet quickly approaching celebs have already visited their dermatologists, and other "doctors," in anticipation of the ultimate scrutinizing. Now it's time to zero in on the ensemble, get a massage, or two, and refresh the skin so it is glowing on Sunday.
I have just squeezed out the very last drop of my Sweep by Remede facial exfoliator.

How often should you exfoliate? I just discovered using sugar as an exfoliator for your face. It works great, but I was wondering how often should you exfoliate.

So i often read in many fashion + beauty mags (i.e. Instyle, Allure etc) that you should exfoliate your lips so that your lipgloss or lipstick goes on nice and smooth. Now i totally agree but when i see suggestions that you use a soft toothbrush i think, "who thinks up this stuff!??".

One of my favorite online sites is MakeupAlley.com, a place where other beauty fiends can review their experiences with different makeup brands & skincare products. After some recent browsing on the site, I found out that sugar can be used as a facial & body scrub. Yes, plain ol' sugar, the kind you find in your pantry!

A few months ago, I posted for advice on lightening a spot on my face. A darling young lady (Sofi!) advised me to exfoliate a few times a week and that has done wonders. I checked a few different products and the best one I found was on the shelf in my kitchen.

Want to know a really good way to exfoliate? Use an electric soft toothbrush! This gets rid of dead skin cells but dosen't harm and irrate your skin.

Just wanted to share an easy way to make a great exfoliator at home. Just take sugar and mix it with extra virgin olive oil. Scrub.
