This question comes from the group The Children's Table from member chab.
Does anyone out there know of a sugar free "O" cereal? I used to get Cascadian Farms "O" cereal because it was organic and sugar free, but it seems like they changed their product as it now has sugar.

A happy story to end the week :-)
Sujal Tretina loves two things: President Obama and cereal.
So when the four-year old heard his buddy Barack addressing the nation about the economic crisis, he perked up and listened.
Sujal learned (with a little a little help from Mom and Dad) that some families might have trouble putting food on the table.

In a small rural dusty town in Texas lived a homely redhead, scrawny and awkward with freckles appearing to bloom over her face like the small flowers across the prairie. Cheeky would look in the mirror, wrinkle her nose and try to wash them off. Grandpa called them “angel’s kisses” but as she pondered on her reflection they simply were reminders and confirmation the tremendous amount of time she had worked the fields.

Eating breakfast regularly helps build healthy bodies.
Did you know that a smart breakfast that includes foods from all five food groups can supply ¼ of your child’s daily nutrient requirements? No wonder it’s regarded as the most important meal of the day.

My boyfriend will be leaving for his first tour at the end of the year and we have been avoiding the topic for a long time. Now that it is soon appraching I have taken an interest in doing everything I can to be prepared.
Well, I recently came across USMC gals ( http://www.usmcgals.com/ ), an online community for all those people who have a loved one in the military.

Today I realized that I always mention my favorite cereals on Fit's blogs (when talking about healthy brands etc...) however I never shared them in a blog. I wanted to post this in case you haven't tried these or wanted to know the nutrional facts behind them. I always keep these three cerals in stock.

Not long ago I had an apple problem. Wavering in the produce section of a Manhattan grocery store, I was unable to decide between an organic apple and a nonorganic apple (which was labeled conventional, since that sounds better than "sprayed with pesticides that might kill you"). It shouldn't have been a tough choice--who wants to eat pesticide residue?--but the organic apples had been grown in California.

Recipe
Special equipment: For molds you can use baking pans, boxes, mixing bowls, plastic storage containers, or whatever you can think of. Just make sure the molds are clean. Line them with waxed paper, then lightly coat the wax paper with nonstick cooking spray.
