80s fantasy chick and Weird Science babe Kelly LeBrock, now 47, lost 31 pounds on VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club back in 2005, but has since gained it back and says that the way she lost the weight wasn’t healthy. She told OK! Magazine that she’s “never going to diet again” and that she will “never eat lettuce again.”
Now I understand never dieting if it’s something that means starving for you, as long as you’re not talking about taking it to the extreme and eating huge portions of bad food, which would be someone’s prerogative I guess, but never eating lettuce?

Chicago’s very first women-only health and fitness lifestyle facility featuring classes that focus on empowerment for women will open this May.
Ellipticals, treadmills and stationary bikes will be replaced with brass dance poles, leather lap dancing chairs, a Coyote Ugly dance bar and a large lounge area at Flirty Girl Fitness. A few of the unique classes being offered include Pole Dancing, Striptease Aerobics, Chair Dancing and Hula Hoop’Lah.

If the idea that physical activity can instill anything other than dread seems shocking, it may be time to reconsider your exercise choices.

By John Boehner - House Republicans have taken a stand against wasteful Washington spending by calling for a complete freeze on all "earmarks" and pork-barrel projects. While our challenge has largely fallen on deaf ears — House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, California Democrat, could shut down the earmark process tomorrow if she wanted to — our cause has a strong ally in Sen. John McCain.
