Simpson has finally chosen to address a few of the rumors about her uber-controlling father Joe, who has long been blamed for the wrecking of Jessica’s marriage… and all of her subsequent relationships. Joe’s made a lot of creepy comments about Jessica’s breasts in the past, and is altogether way too involved in his daughters’ lives, especially considering their ages. But some of the rumors are pretty crazy, and Jess finally put one to rest.

Hi Fit,
I recently started running outdoors and am really enjoying it. It's started to cool off, and breathing in the cold air really burns my throat and lungs when I jog. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this?

Two of my girlfriends are training for sprint distance triathlons on different coasts. One is training solo (more power to her!) and the other is training in a program offered through her local YMCA.
Of course they were interested in each other's training schedule, and I thought the pages of FitSugar would be the best way to share schedules since you all might just be interested too.

XT= Cross Train
Here is the training schedule that I am attempting via the Kaiser Permanente Marathon page.
Seems easily attainable for the novice with the long runs being on the weekend, stays along the lines of (my personal fave) the three day a week running schedule, and also encourages cross training to prevent injury and fatigue. Of course the training days can be switched around to fit your schedule, but this training method worked well for me.

A little workout nostalgia — I was just thinking back to when I first started exercising, thanks in large part to my dad. Outside of required gym class or a sports team, I was trying to remember when fitness became important to me, and landed right at about eighth grade.
Around the end of middle school, beginning of high school, I started to pay attention to other girls and the way my own body was shaping up.

First off, HIIT (high intensity interval training) is the best type of cardio to aid in fat loss. HIIT is as simple as jogging on the treadmill for 60 seconds and then sprinting for 30 seconds and repeating this for 20-30 minutes. But don't forget your 5 minute warm up and cool down.
