It works EXTREMELY well chopping most things, but it's too big to chop garlic, which is what I like to use it for most. The cloves of garlic just fall beneath the blades.

I had the pleasure of cooking a package of Nuovo's Roasted Sweet Potato Gnocchi last night (I have also bought the basil and the original).
