We are talking about SIM rugby, the latest craze that’s more popular than football, cricket or and every other game that was first played in England but have been taken over by others.

Cornyn to Obama: Stop With the Enemies Lists
The White House call for people to inform on anyone spreading "disinformation about health insurance reform" didn't sit well with a lot of people -- Obama isn't running a political campaign anymore, he's supposed to be running the country (and in the event even those who spread video clips of the president making statements on health care reform that are now impolitic have been targeted by the White House). Texas Senator John Cornyn has written a letter to the president politely asking if he could please put an end to the creepiness:
“I am not aware of any precedent for a President asking American citizens to report their fellow citizens to the White House for pure political speech that is deemed ‘fishy’ or otherwise inimical to the White House’s political interests,” Sen. Cornyn wrote.

I think Oklahoma ought to dock her pay for every second she spends working on this
Recently, Rush Limbaugh explained (if it were not already obvious) how Obama economic policies were the cause of Republican Gov. Mark Sanford’s affair with a beautiful Argentinian woman. But what caused the economic problems that caused the stimulus package that aroused Gov.

I read about this site in RealSimple magazine a few months ago, and I went to check it out yesterday. It's a site meant to help you be active throughout the day - it pops up on your computer every 30 minutes and leads you through a 3-minute workout. Apparently it's based on martial arts - one of the comments on the site said it was like Tai Chi on fast-forward, so there's no jumping or anything high-impact but it does get your heart rate up.

I found this 12 part series in Investor's Business Daily. I will start today by posting the first part, and I'll continue to post the remaining 11 parts; one each day. It is shocking to say the least, and I feel most people are unaware of these facts.

Redlasso is a popular service that provides access to US television about an hour or two after it’s aired and allows invited bloggers to “clip” segments of no more than 10 minutes each. The clips are then available to be shared on websites in an embeddable format similar to YouTube. The aim of Redlasso is to help bloggers comment on noteworthy events, and they maintain that short clips of television content fall under the “fair use” doctrine, which is protected under the first amendment.

Two pounds a week is the typically advised weight loss, but pro Tracy Anderson says she has worked out a way to safely shed even faster!
“It’s perfectly healthy,” the former dancer, 33, tells Us of her plan. And the results of her regime speak for themselves in the super-fit physiques of clients Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna, not to mention her own transformation (the 5-foot mom dropped from 140 to 95 pounds).

Ok, as I type this on my laptop which is resting on my coffee table, I already feel the burn of my workout I just finished half an hour ago. Tomorrow could prove to be a very long day! Yikes.
