We're really in September, wow! Although most of us are packing up our tank tops and bikinis, we still need to focus on fitness all-year-long! It doesn't stop now that the weather is getting cooler, not in this group at least, right?

This is easier for me to remember, I didn't do much Mon and Tues besides run around like a maniac, which kind of counts, right? Since those two days were a bust, I really decided to go for it and drove out to the gym to get in a good workout yesterday after work, and I did a lot of different stuff I wanted to remember, so I'm doing a one-day log:
Wed - for cardio did 20m on the stepmill at level 10. Really got the heart rate up.

It's been a very relaxing holiday week here. I took off a few days from working out to just enjoy time off up at a lake house. Here's what I have done since I got back:
Friday- body sculpt ondemand exercise video, 35 min.

Hi Fit,
I recently started running outdoors and am really enjoying it. It's started to cool off, and breathing in the cold air really burns my throat and lungs when I jog. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this?

So if you have been reading posts recently, you can notice a major time crunch for me. I'm sure I'm not alone either. So many of us barely have any time for fitness, but we realize it's important so we do our best to keep at it.

My apologies for posting a day late everyone! Life's been wonderful yet hectic the last few days. Last night I got to have an impromptu date with my lond distance boyfriend whose plane got rerouted to a local airport for a long layover ;) Needless to say, I rushed to the airport straight from work to take advantage of the friendly skies, got home v late and didn't workout or post this week's challenge.
