Once a week and sometimes more (If I have more than one day off from work):
I put a dab of extra virgin olive oil in the palm of my hands, gently rub palms together and scrunch into hair (middle of hair shaft down to the ends) and comb through with a wide tooth comb. Just let the natural oil soak into your hair for the day or do this at night, wrap ends of hair and sleep away.

How to remove hair product residue from your hands
I have a hair finishing oil that I love, but after I apply it I can never seem to wash it completely off of my hands. I'm always afraid I'm going to get the residue on my leather or suede bags, or a silk shirt. But I have found a solution: I keep a tiny bottle of degreasing dishwashing liquid in the bathroom under the sink, and I wash my hands with it after I use the oil.
