As 2007 is well under way, maybe you're not making as much progress as you wish you were on your new year's resolution to get healthy.
Best friends, husbands, parents and even coworkers may seem to have the best intentions but their actions may not agree. It is important that you, and your close ones, realize that your decision to get healthy is a positive one and also not one that you are pushing on them.

We've all been there, those days when we're feeling really low, its our time of the month or we've just ate a ton and feel bloated and not so sexy. A lot of us turn to the internet to calculate our BMI, get healthy eating tips or to get some info on the latest exercise breakthrough. However we've disturbingly discovered the new internet sites that are feeding into our bad body image – and they are by no means pro anorexia sites.

Many people work out and eat healthy, but still can’t drop the weight. As it turns out, it’s those “healthy foods” that could be sabotaging people’s diets. Many fat-free foods claim to help dieters lose weight, but in reality, it could be many of those products that are stifling weight loss.

One of the easiest way to make sure you are putting healthy foods into you mouth is by reading food labels.
Don't eat foods that have things such as corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, honey, molasses, dextrose, or any other word that has 'sugar" in the list of ingredients.
Not all "fat free" foods are good for you either, most of them contain more sugar making them a worst choice.

recently read about this in Diet and Nutrition, so thought I would share it with my readers!
“Eating well is as much about the nutrients in the food as it is about the taste. Foods that are filled with nutrition naturally and have great flavor- that’s what makes foods truly super!”

I was looking at the latest blogs and read one where a girl wanted to crash diet to lose weight fast... I think most of us have been there, done that, and I can definitely say that crash dieting is incredibly, depressingly, counterproductive.
I really believe that if you eat 4-5 small meals a day, lots of fruits and veggies (which have high water content), drink mainly water and work out with 30 min.
