I never know what to eat exactly after a workout... I tend to just let my stomach growl and then eat a ton later on. Not a good idea, folks!

I grew up eating medium cheddar cheese and Triscuits and I still love it. In fact, that was part of my dinner tonight!
I also love green grapes (or any fruit) and almonds.

So, I started smoking again because of the stress of work, and it had started out a weekend thing, but here I am smoking about half a pack a day. So I bit the bullet last night and bought some nicotine patches. I slapped one on my arm this morning, and seem to be fine.

After posting about Twix's 100-Calorie Bars, user chrissy00 shared a great little snack idea that you can make on your own.
"Why not make your own healthy twix bar? I take 2 graham crackers (whole wheat), layer with sugar-free, low-carb (walden farms makes a great one) caramel, and sugar-free chocolate that is melted.

This is the best cheese, when you are looking for a healthy snack!! I spread the "wedgies" on crackers, light english muffins (toasted), sometimes I just bite right into them!! :) Delicious!!
