I saw this picture of Hilary Duff on Pop today and thought she looked darling (as usual).
She's got on great black skinnies with slits on the bottom paired with leopard print pumps (these are the ones I'm getting for Christmas *fingers crossed*).
I think overall the look is perfect for a day out on the town to run errands, get lunch with friends and go shopping.
