Ok, as I type this on my laptop which is resting on my coffee table, I already feel the burn of my workout I just finished half an hour ago. Tomorrow could prove to be a very long day! Yikes.

Well I was about 75% with the working out while in Denver. The weekend we were really active, but Mon and Tues were a bust. Monday I was sore from the long hike and Tues I was still sore and feeling a lot of fatigue, maybe from the altitude or lack of sleep.

11th I did 45 minutes of interval training on the arc trainer and walked the dog for 20 minutes post workout. I think I also did 30 hanging leg lifts.
12th was a rest day.

Just two months after giving birth to daughter Honor Marie, Jessica Alba is 25 lbs. lighter – and her trainer is telling PEOPLE just how she did it.
“Jessica went from a size 8 to a size 4 pretty quickly,” says Alba's longtime trainer Ramona Braganza.

Well my log is not going to start out very good but trust me, I am working to redeem myself this weekend, I promise!
Thurs - usually I go to bellydancing, but class was cancelled, instead I went to a local fair with my parents and had a bit of fair food and people watched
Fri - so not proud of Friday night, got home from work and went straight to bed...I was in a total funk, watched two movies in bed, ATE in bed minus a quick walk to the store for snacks (at least I got two healthy snacks), not a good night for fitness at all...
Sat - woke up in the morning and decided I had enough of being a piece of crap - not working out and eating poorly is not a way to feel better about anything.

Journaling these down two at a time seems to be working pretty well. If I wait any longer I have a hard time remembering what I did since my workouts have been so varying recently!
Sunday - my original plan was long cardio and lifting.
