Researchers found productivity will drop by 50 per cent this week as depressed staff around the country struggle to come to terms with the dark nights closing in.
A staggering 52 per cent of workers admitted they will struggle to get to grips with their work-load today.
14 per cent said last year's slump was so bad that they were spoken to by their boss about it.

Michael Vick, exiled from football for two seasons, finally has a new team, and it is not one anyone expected. The Philadelphia Eagles, who have Donovan McNabb as their starting quarterback, sent a shock wave through the preseason Thursday night by signing Vick. He will give them a versatile backup who can run as well as pass, but who could also eventually compete for McNabb’s job.

With the change of the seasons, it is a good idea to be aware of where we are at, and to take good care of ourselves. Here are some ideas about how to recognize and cope with the blues, SAD, or depression. It's a lot of information, so later in the season, I might break it down into one a day :) ......to keep the winter depression at bay!!!

So I feel weird blogging a review of "The Dark Knight" because of all the recent Christian Bale family drama that has sadly surfaced but today is the first time in a week that I'm inspired to write my little heart out so here it goes.
Christopher Nolan's "The Dark Knight" picks up where 2005's "Batman Begins" left off but with a new villian. Out with the Scarecrow and in with The Joker.
