ribollita, tuscan bread soup
Ribollita happens to be my favorite italian soup, and I actually made it before I had even been to Tuscany after seeing some recipes for it on the Food network. Though when I did finally go to Italy, I ordered it everyday we were in Tuscany. :) Bringing the hills of Tuscany into your kitchen!

I improvised this tortellini with sun-dried tomato pesto recipe when the boyfriend and I had a dinner party. It was so easy but very well-received.

I was a latecomer to the wonderful world of grilled cheese. When I was younger, I didn't eat much cheese, due to apparent insanity, and when I got a little older, I honestly thought that you couldn't make grilled cheese without using American cheese.
Sooooo not a fan of American cheese.

This is such a quick and easy way to do this.
Use whatever frozen breaded chicken you have - breaded chicken fillets are good, they are bigger. Fry them in oil until they are golden brown and cooked through - 5 min.
