NEW YORK - DirecTV can run exaggerated Internet advertisements depicting its picture quality as vastly superior to basic cable, but cannot run ads in which Jessica Simpson and William Shatner say DirecTV's high definition service is better than Time Warner Cable's, a court said Thursday.
