I saw this movie back in May when it first came out because I had to. I fell in love with the first Pirates when I saw the trailer. I knew it would be fantastic and it was.

***SPOILER ALERT!***
While this film was leaps and bounds better than the 2nd installment, there were still flaws that Johnny Depp's brilliant performance barely overcame. The 3rd movie in the Pirates trilogy was full of fantastic special effects, top notch acting (for the most part) and unfortunately, a confusing and all over the place script. The first third of the film I definitely had moments of "wait, what is going on here?"
