Lindsay Lohan is being sued by three men in an SUV she drove during a car chase leading to her second DUI arrest last year.
The actress was "angry and aggressive" and the men "felt surprise, shock, fear and panic at Lohan's surprising and sudden act" of allegedly commandeering a car in which they happened to be sitting to chase her personal assistant through the streets of Santa Monica, according to the lawsuit.
The plaintiffs – Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro – are seeking unspecified damages in the case, filed in Superior Court in Santa Monica.

If Lindsay Lohan, Rachel McAdams and Lacey Chabert would have opted to use a social networking site to vent their frustrations in the movie Mean Girls instead of their nasty "burn book," I am sure there would have been a much less painful jungle-dancing drama at the story's climax.
Myfrienemies, is a networking site that lets you connect with people who pretend to like the same people as you and let out your shared feelings for them. Rather than dwelling on the negative alone, the site invites you to foster new friendships based on shared dislikes, annoyances and disappointments.

Somehow I can remember the names of every guy Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton have dated, but I cannot for the life of me remember some of my closest friends' birthdays. Luckily, I usually get the month right, but it's just too hard to remember everyone's special date. Only a small percentage of my friends are on myspace (which a lot of people use for birthday reminders) so I was pleased to learn about the Upcoming Birthdays widget, which checks your Address Book for people with an upcoming birthday or for people with a birthday that just happened.

COLIBRI EVANS navigated the aisles of Forever 21 at the Beverly Center last week with a sure step and a shrewd eye. Her mother, Sasha Evans, was more circumspect, offering for Colibri’s approval a string of neo-hippie beads Joss Stone might have coveted.
“It’s her job to say ‘Yes, No, Yes, No,’ ” Mrs. Evans said, nodding toward her daughter, a 29-year-old music producer.

Do you guys think that severity of Michael Vick's punishment has anything to do with his race?
While I detest dog fighting, I don't think it has ANYTHING to do with football, and I find it rather odd that his livelihood would be stripped from him because he broke the law. Other athletes, with a more "bubblegum" and "popular" image...i.e.
