Ok, I'm taking a shot at this recap thing. The episode was basically a recap/clip show.
Executive producers Damon Lindeloff and Carlton Cuse discuss some of the things about Lost that people are wondering.

I've got a lot of work to do at home tonight and I'm in a meeting all day tomorrow. :oy:
Does anyone want to cover for me this week and write up the Lost recap late tonight or tomorrow morning?
If not, no biggie.

We start this episode with Locke preparing breakfast in his Dharma house. He takes the tray down into the basement to a locked room where Ben is being kept. He goes in to deliver the breakfast and on the tray is a book.

Imabeliever used to post the LOST recaps every Thursday, but she told me she's too busy to do it every week, along with her other recaps and stuff...
So, I did one last week, but I just wanted to let y'all know that I won't be offended if anyone else wants to do one instead! It would be fun to get everyone else's perspective, y'know?

Well, it's been eight long months since my last recap of LOST, but I'm excited to get back in the swing of things. At least for the next eight weeks.
Flashforward:
We open on a vintage Camaro busting through a pile of produce - it's a high-speed chase.

Well, season three is over, with countless deaths (including the death of a beloved survivor), a mother-daughter reunion, an unlikely hero, an astral projection (or something) of a long-lost character, and a flashback that wasn't a flashback at all. I'm floored. Simply floored.

I didn't think I was going to enjoy this episode (seriously, WHO CARES about Nikki and Paulo?) but I truly did. A lot of this episode seemed like it was the writers making fun of the show, which was awesome.
Nikki is running through the jungle, looking terrified and sick.

Whip asked me to do another recap because of a hectic work project. She'll do the next one, and then we'll switch off again for the last episodes of this season.
“The Constant”
We start out with Sayid, Desmond and the pilot on the helicopter.

Sunday night's 61st Primetime Emmy Awards got off to a big yuk even though the first winner of the evening, Kristin Chenoweth, dissolved into tears as she accepted her golden statuette as best supporting actress in a comedy series – ABC's canceled Pushing Daisies. "I don't know why I'm crying," she said, after thanking her parents.
