Very delicious for a light snack/meal.
One La Tortilla Factory Tortilla (Whole Wheat, Green Onion, Regular; small and large sizes avaliable)
A slice or two of Kraft Fat Free American Singles (Or any Mexican cheese you would like!)
Chicken breast chunks
Any kind of hot sauce or salsa
Just place chicken and cheese in the tortilla and fry in a pan on both sides (folded!) until cheese is melted and the tortilla is browned. Feel free to enjoy with sour cream or guacomole!

I am trying to cut out white flours, pastas and basically everything in the bread category for the most part. What are some good meal ideas that are good and doable? I got chicken, eggs, cheese, and veggies down...but I am looking for meal ideas.

1. Worst fast-food chicken meal
Chicken Selects Premium Breast Strips from McDonald's (5 pieces) with creamy ranch sauce
830 calories
55 grams (g) fat (4.5 g trans fat)
48 g carbohydrates
The only thing "premium" about these strips is the caloric price you pay. Add a large fries and regular soda and this seemingly innocuous chicken meal tops out at 1,710 calories.

You've been working out hard, eating clean, but you still are not making any progress. Carbohydrate cycling is the most effective low carbohydrate diet and will help you bust through that plateau!
Carbohydrate cycling is the practice of lowering carbs for 2-3 days and then bringing your carbs back up for 1-2 days, instead of just keeping your carb ratios the same all the time.

Always work with your doctor before taking any medication even if it is OTC (over the counter) medication to ensure that it is safe for you to take and it will not interfere with any other medications that you might be taking. Also realize that it will take on average about 5 days for your body to actually see some improvement from supplements and depending on the dosage, you might have to go through speciality stores to where they can pack more punch in a pill verses what you can get at the drug store.

I never know what to eat exactly after a workout... I tend to just let my stomach growl and then eat a ton later on. Not a good idea, folks!
