It’s kind of ironic - and by ironic I really mean annoying – when people try to do something good but miss the big picture. Take Paul McCartney for example. The former Beatle is a staunch vegetarian.

Just weeks after finalizing his $50 million divorce from Heather Mills, Paul McCartney is making headlines again – this time for an emotional interview about his first wife, Linda, who succumbed to breast cancer 10 years ago.
McCartney tells Britain's Sunday Times Magazine he can still recall their first meeting, "probably 40 years [ago], at the London nightclub Bag O' Nails.
"There was an immediate attraction between us," he said in the article, which coincides with an exhibition of Linda's McCartney's photographs at the James Hyman gallery in central London.

It looks like Sir Paul McCartney isn't letting his battle with Heather Mills interfere with his single life.
In new photos published this week in Britain (and splashed across the New York papers Wednesday morning), McCartney, 65, is pictured kissing Nancy Shevell, an American whom the papers described as a new love interest. The photos show the couple walking along a windswept beach, sharing a coffee break and deep in discussion on a sidewalk in the Hamptons, where both Shevell and McCartney have mansions.

Paul McCartney has denied he will reunite with his former Beatle bandmate Ringo Starr at an upcoming homecoming gig.
The pair was rumored to be reuniting during McCartney’s performance at the Capital of Culture concert in their native Liverpool this Saturday.
But McCartney insists Starr will not be joining him onstage, saying, “That was never going to be on the cards.”
Instead, McCartney will reportedly collaborate with the Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl.

Looks like newly engaged Scarlett Johansson can cross shopping for a bridal gown off her to-do list.
"I'm definitely doing her wedding dress," fashion's Stella McCartney, 36, told PEOPLE at a Tuesday night cocktail party she hosted at her West Hollywood boutique – where she arrived fashionably late along with the couple Charlize Theron and Stuart Townsend.
There's only one hitch before Johansson, 23, gets hitched to fiancé Ryan Reynolds (who proposed recently), according to McCartney: "She doesn't know it yet."
