Not Truthful, Just Gore
By Paul Chesser
A viral buzz is probably not something you want to have in these days of H1N1 (swine flu) paranoia.
But if you're Ann McElhinny and Phelim McAleer this week it's not a malady, but a desired condition. That's because Sunday marks the formal public introduction to their film documentary "Not Evil Just Wrong," which follows their 2006 joint effort "Mine Your Own Business."

Brandon Flowers sits bolt upright in his train seat. So handsome you feel like putting a paper bag over your head the minute you meet him, his teeth a gleaming testament to the might of American dentistry, he is nevertheless not merely visibly uncomfortable but audibly uncomfortable, too.

Surreal” is a word that perfectly suits Robert Pattinson’s life at the moment.
Not only is the up-and-comer adjusting to a new, hyper-famous life after Twilight’s rabid fan base sunk their teeth into his brooding portrayal of the undead romantic hero Edward Cullen (and became as addicted to the newly minted star as the saga’s vampire clan is to hemoglobin), he’s also playing the famed Spanish surrealist painter Salvador Dalí in his latest film. Little Ashes chronicles Dalí’s formative years at university, where he became embroiled in a complex, obsessive and sexually charged relationship with future poet Federico García Lorca.

The Beginning
Judy (christened Frances Ethel Gumm and nicknamed "Baby") was born on June 10, 1922, in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.

Before he set foot on the Twilight set, Robert Pattinson threw himself into the film How to Be so fully that one especially debaucherous evening will forever be recorded in cinematic history. In the coming of age story Pattinson plays a twenty-something musician in the midst of a quarter-life crisis and in real life, he went through a normal growing pain when the actress playing his girlfriend was insistent in turning a blind eye to his now-famous brooding good looks.
Director Oliver Irving tells Radaronline.com about that special night when he took the crew to film a scene in a pub: “That was method acting, that was perfect method acting.

Do any of you have the same problem at your local Blockbuster stores?
We don't rent a lot of movies, because there aren't many worth spending $5 and two hours on (and we're busy), so it's been (so far) easier just to stop by the conveniently-located local store and pick up a DVD.
=============================================================
I have noticed that my local store has transitioned from standard, rated theatrical release versions of movies to "unrated" versions.
