I get a lot of questions about how I keep my locks healthy and shiny.

And cheap.
Once a week and sometimes more (If I have more than one day off from work):
I put a dab of extra virgin olive oil in the palm of my hands, gently rub palms together and scrunch into hair (middle of hair shaft down to the ends) and comb through with a wide tooth comb. Just let the natural oil soak into your hair for the day or do this at night, wrap ends of hair and sleep away.

Dry Brittle Hair? Olive Oil to the rescue!
Do you have dry frizzy ends? Don't want to spend $$$ on name brand oils for hair? There is a little known wonderful quality of olive oil. In the Middle East, they have used olive oil for centuries on their hair. Drizzle a tiny tab of olive oil in your palms and rub together gently. Apply to ends of hair and comb through with a wide tooth comb. I do this on a day when I am not working and just let it moisturize all day. Your ends will be much healthier and shinier!
