Backstage at runway shows, makeup artists just looooooovvve to mix up the perfect lip color that we can't wait to try—but with, like, 20 unmarked shades from their palettes. That's why, after seeing the hot-hot-hot orange-red lips at the Prada spring show, we asked makeup artist Pat McGrath to share her recipe. Delicious!

I am absolutely in love with this dress I got at Mango about a month ago. It's so comfy yet so eye-catching and so easy to just slip on for a night out in town. It even has a drape on the right shoulder that is super fun to play around with when dancing haha
I wear:
- Mango silk dress (more details on my blog)
- DKNY heels
- H&M bangles
- Max Factor 'Pearl Orange' lipstick

I finally got around to organizing and cleaning out all of my makeup, so I decided to take some pictures and share them with you guys. I apologize in advance for the poor picture quality, I didn't have the best lighting.
I just bought the green glass that holds my brushes today at Anthropologie.

This is kinda funny. Me and the folks just moved. The day of our move we had a bright idea to do some shopping while we were out.

PS Kiss Color Fever Lipstick by LancomeFor those of you who are fortunate enough to find Lancome's PS Kiss lipstick, I highly recommend it! First of all, I'm an Asian American with thin lips. My skin tone is medium and I think I'm pretty fortunate to be able to wear most colors.

It's not hard to choose lipstick colors once you know one simple fact. All you need to know is whether your skin tones are "warm" or "cool". It's not about how dark or light you are, or even about your hair or eye color, but what the undertone of your skin is—is it bluish (cool) or yellowish (warm)?

*original post here, off theNotice (my own blog, I'm not stealing someone else's work!!) Also, I'd like to quickly say a sort-of goodbye... I'll still be on teamsugar, but less so. With the influx of new people and new features, I feel like it's just gotten to big for me.

I just came back from my sister's and I did my foundation there but I did my eye makeup at home just now. Don't think that once you put on your make-up you can't change it later in the day without taking everything off, you can build on old makeup if it stayed put, and if it didn't you can just clean your eyes and refresh the base there. Another thing to think about is where you apply your makeup, I do it in front of a big window for day wear and under a yellow light for nightwear.
