Hello, I am wondering if anyone can suggest a good pilates DVD. I am pretty athletic, but am new to pilates. I've lost alot of weight after having my baby in February and I basically want to target all my flabby areas - abs, thighs, butt and tone up my arms.

A little workout nostalgia — I was just thinking back to when I first started exercising, thanks in large part to my dad. Outside of required gym class or a sports team, I was trying to remember when fitness became important to me, and landed right at about eighth grade.
Around the end of middle school, beginning of high school, I started to pay attention to other girls and the way my own body was shaping up.

Yet another way to squeeze in some fitness...
When you are watching TV, spice things up by doing some exercises during each commercial break. This will make the commercials fly by and help you sqeeze in some exercise even when you are being a couch potato.

Estaba yo tomando un coffee, encantada de la life y casi post orgásmica for mi day with Giorgio, Armani, of course, cuando un e-mail en mi Iphone me pone el vello de punta, en caso de que la depilación laser no hubiera hecho lo que se espera de ella. Te la recomiendo Isabel, Pantoja of course.

No sé por why, me da por ver la new versión de “She Wolf”, que quiere decir “la loba” y no “la zorra” como algunas malas traducciones aventuran.
