Hello, I am wondering if anyone can suggest a good pilates DVD. I am pretty athletic, but am new to pilates. I've lost alot of weight after having my baby in February and I basically want to target all my flabby areas - abs,thighs,butt and tone up my arms.Share your pilates power move!
I was thinking that the one leg teaser has to be THE pilates power move for me. There are many I like, but this particular move always makes me feel like a powerful woman! Below is a picture of the pose.
