besides everything floral, i find polka dots cute. i came across this top, the giant polka dots caught my attention. paired with a brown waist belt worn at the hip, a red cotton skirt and assorted bangles.

This polka dot skirt was a $5 find quite some time back. I like wearing it alot :) What I couldn't decide in this outfit was belt high or belt low. I started it off high and then eventually moved it down.
