This recipe is one that I've modified from a Pillsbury recipe for Huevos Rancheros, so hopefully I manage to remember everything correctly. Anyway, it's quick, easy, and my husband and I love it! It's also great because it can definitely be an assembly line dinner, with each person putting the various ingredients they've chosen together to make their own version of huevos rancheros.

I've been trying to incorporate more fish into my dinner time plans (I've heard it's good for migraines, plus just plain good for you), so last night I decided to take a different approach in how to cook it. Lately, I've been all about salmon, but we've just been marinating it overnight and then grilling it. Which, by the way, is delicious and quick, but still, I wanted something a little different and where I'm less likely to burn myself.

If you're looking for a meal that's quick and jam-packed with vegetables, this is a great one to try! I love it because it's got a delicious Caesar taste and doesn't make me feel guilty for eating it. Plus, I can pick and choose what vegetables I want in it - always a good thing in my house.

This recipe is fabulous for two, no, three things: Chicken, Garlic, and the word easy in the title itself. I'm all about ease and simplicity, especially when I'm trying to get a meal on the table quickly. You can have this delicious main dish on the table in 20 minutes.

Breakfast sandwiches are popular with rushing mothers and their kiddos on the go! From egg filled bagels to bacon and cheese caught between an English muffin they fill the tummy up right. My son favors waffles sandwiches.

A little spice can change everything about a meal. I, for one, love to use lots of different things and creative combinations when making a meal. And usually they've been at least a moderate success.

Recently, I've had apples on the brain. 'Tis the season, after all. And when I was flipping through one of my Kraft Food magazines today, I came across this recipe and had to share it.

I've made this dish before and I can verify that it's quick, easy, and pretty tasty! I tend to use whatever stirfry I have on hand, particularly since I'm not a big fan of water chestnuts and we usually end up with no leftovers. Tasty!
