Next on our fashion metamorphosis radar is the poster child for modern boho-chic, Nicole Richie. She's one of Hollywood's coolest moms, and still manages to dress like she did pre-babies. Nicole once loved bold colors - the more neon, the better. Hot yellows and pinks dominated her wardrobe in the early 2000s. Then, around 2005, everything changed. Nicole's style got sleeker, less colorful, more hippie-inspired; this change was probably thanks to then-stylist Rachel Zoe. Fur vests, patterned maxi dresses, and Missoni made their way into her wardrobe. Food Review: MixMyGranola

I've been hearing a lot of buzz around MixMyGranola (starting at $5 for 16 oz.). Stylist Rachel Zoe and granola lovin' Whitney Port are among its fans, and it was recently mentioned in the New York Times. MixMyGranola allows customers to create their own granola or muesli mix via its website. You start with one of the six granola bases like lowfat, cinnamon, or organic gluten free, and from there add any of the 79 different ingredients to your base. The ingredient choices include dried fruit like blueberries and goji berries, nuts and seeds like almonds and flaxseeds, nutritional power boosts like acai powder and bee pollen, and extras like sesame sticks and coconut flakes.

When making my mix I settled on these ingredients: lowfat granola, dried strawberries, dried blackberries, dried Bing cherries, organic flaxseeds, oatbran flakes, and organic pomegranate powder. I admit that I went a little overboard with ingredients, which greatly affects the cost - $12 in total. But you can easily get a granola mix that has a bunch of different ingredients for about $8, or even as low as $5 if you want something more basic. The package is pretty big, too, so I felt like I got a lot of granola in the end.

As far as taste goes, it was great. The granola was crispy and had just the right amount of sweetness, and I especially loved the puffed rice that was used with the rolled oats. The dried fruit was plump and it tasted like actual fruit, not super sugary gummi candy like a lot of dried fruit can taste. Although my mix was a bit pricey, it was fun to be able to make my own blend, and I think this would make a great gift idea. Rachel Zoe says eating isn’t always her biggest priority

Stylist Rachel Zoe has often been cited as the reason so many starlets have become so stick thin in the last few years – and accusation she wholeheartedly denies. Though for her recent cover of Harper’s Bazaar they had to Photoshop her from a size 0 to a size 8. And she admits eating isn’t exactly on the top – or the bottom – of her to do list.

Rachel Zoe admits eating doesn’t always make her daily agenda. “I’m a textbook definition of that perfectionist girl who has huge expectations of herself,” she says in the September issue of Harper’s Bazaar. “It’s hard for me to take care of myself, let’s put it that way. I am my last priority.”

When she’s working on her own, she says it’ll sometimes be 7 p.m. and she’s only “had coffee and a grapefruit” all day. Zoe, 37 - who was retouched from a size 0 to a size 8 for the magazine - says “it’s not that I don’t eat. I eat.” She just doesn’t always have the time. Asked if she eats lunch, she replied: “Truth? I don’t. I’m not a lady who lunches; it’s a lull in the day.”

She says she doesn’t get why she was to blame for celebs being too skinny. “We’ve had Audrey Hepburn, we’ve had Twiggy, we’ve had Veruschka, we’ve had Kate Moss,” she says. “I’m trying to figure out why I am to blame for skinniness… Truthfully, I’ve never seen myself as being too thin,” she adds. “Sometimes I’ll look at photos and be like, ‘Oh, that’s not a good look.’ But generally speaking, I’m not too thin.”

I just look at this woman and get the chills. I think a lot of people blame her for the skinniness because she’s supposedly passed on a lot of very unsafe tips and techniques to help starlets become a scary kind of thin. And it’s a lot more than grapefruit and coffee.

Anne Hathaway and Valentino seemed like she was pretty close with the seemingly retired designer, and now she's gotten to known Marc Jacobs through stylist Rachel Zoe, who styles Anne and knows Marc well. It almost seemed as he had a new muse, maybe for a campaign (rumors flew, especially because Victoria Beckham now has her own clothing line) or a date for the Costume Institute Gala. Now, though, we know that she won't be the new face of Jacob's brand, but serving as a date for the Gala wasn't outlawed yet...

"Step aside Rachel Zoe, there’s a new star stylist in town! Fashion Week Daily is reporting on the latest buzz that hockey-star-turned-Vogue-intern Sean Avery is branching out even further into the fashion world in partnership with his best friend - and Calvin Klein’s former director of celebrity services - Lauryn Flynn. According to the blog, the fashionable pair are going into the celeb stylist business. And Avery, for his part, sees a definite need to bring Hollywood his sartorial services, saying, “We want to get it back to the point where girls don’t worry about what US Weekly says. It’s about expressing individual style and just wearing what’s cool. I’m totally consumed by fashion. We want to help them bring their individuality back.”

I am really liking The Rachel Zoe Project! The access that she has to such great fashion is enviable!! I would love to buy clothes, bags, jewelry and furniture the way she does. Last night she went to NYC for fashion week. She met with some of the designers before their shows. I want to be a celebrity stylist too!! Has anyone been watching?
