I am making this really delicious Thai beef soup tonight for a small dinner gathering this evening, I will post the recipe tomorrow but I wanted to make mango with sticky rice. I was just wondering, if anyone had a recipe or any tips. Thanks!

What you will need:
Large skillet
Large cooking Pot
Olive Oil
3-4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
One large can of tomato sauce
one small can of pineapple (sliced or crushed) with juice
One orange (for juice and zesting!)
salt and pepper
white or brown rice
Rinse and dry chicken breasts and marinate (ziploc bag or large casserole dish) in fresh squeezed orange juice.
*it is best to marinate overnight!*
In large skillet, heat 2 TBS olive oil and brown chicken. While browning chicken, heat tomato sauce in large pot, along with pineapple and juice, add salt and pepper to taste, and orange zest.

Today's recipe comes with a little spice to it - one of my absolute favorite things. I've never been one of those girls who likes bland cooking. In my little world, the spicier, the better!

Personally, I think that paella is one of the best dishes around, even though it's something that I don't often make. It's great because of the flavors in it and the fact that whether you love chicken, sausage, or shimp, there's something in this dish for you!
For those of you unfamiliar with the dish, it's a staple in Spain and my first introduction was indeed in a high school Spanish class.

I love eating at Japanese Steakhouses and Sushi Bars, so I thought I'd try to make my own hibachi style dinner. My boyfriend helped me out and found some recipes for me and I took them and made them my own.
Serves: 4-6
8 NY strips
8 portabelle mushrooms
a dash of salt and pepper for each strip
8 tsp of sesame seed oil
8 tsp teriyaki sauce
On a grill or flat electric griddle, grill steaks until rare.

This is a fast and absolutely delicious recipe from the New York Times. I advise you to try it before the tomato season is over. Just beware of the pimenton - 2 teaspoons make it very spicy.

Recipe
Special equipment: For molds you can use baking pans, boxes, mixing bowls, plastic storage containers, or whatever you can think of. Just make sure the molds are clean. Line them with waxed paper, then lightly coat the wax paper with nonstick cooking spray.
