You Asked: Burning Lungs From Running in the Cold
Hi Fit,
I recently started running outdoors and am really enjoying it. It's started to cool off, and breathing in the cold air really burns my throat and lungs when I jog. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this?

Le parkour, free running???
Since this is a running forum I was just wondering if anyone is into le parkour (PK) or free running. Basically it was founded by two French guys, David Belle and Sébastien Foucan though initially it started out as a same sport le parkour and free running are different.
