When you are applying for a job and they ask for your salary requirements how should you respond, especially if you do not have a current salary. I just graduated from lawschool and I am loking for my first job as a lawyer and have no idea how to respond to this.

It turns out, the difference between men and women's salaries is smaller than we thought — as long as those salaries aren’t very big to begin with. A new study from PayScale.com compared salaries across 90 different jobs, adjusting for any outside factors that might affect the salary (the location of the job, the worker’s education, etc.) except for the worker’s gender. What they found was surprising — to see the results, read on.

Finance is another true love of mine. I came across a great article on Iwillteachyoutoberich.com regarding Conscious Spending. It definetly hit home with everything that I have been reading about lately.

In the spirit of transparency, the Obama Administration posted on its White House blog a detailed list of who makes what at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
According to the WhiteHouse.gov blog, every administration since 1995 has been required to "deliver a report to Congress listing the title and salary of every White House Office employee." In January, in one of his first acts as president, Obama announced that he was freezing the salaries of employees who made more than $100,000 a year, saying, "Families are tightening their belts, and so should Washington."

I had an interview
He did not want to pay the usual salary which had always been $ 2’000 up to $ 2'500 per month for foreigners. Of course he was also unable to reveal the budget; yet it must have been a high one. The interior decoration and all the furniture had been the best of the best.

I've got a great job. For someone my age (early 20s) I'm lucky to have landed where I am, and for the salary I'm making. Ok, so the salary isn't like, mind blowing, but for the field and my age I'm doing pretty good for myself.

I love my job, and the company I work for. I've just recently hit my one year mark, and received the typical yearly raise. However, I am weeks away from finishing my Masters degree (which does relate to my job), and my salary, even with the raise, does not reflect what I should be earning as a Master.
