When a political topic is hot in America it dominates the cable chatter on 24-hour TV channels.
When it's REALLY hot, it dominates the advert breaks too - and no topic is hotter than health care.
Rival lobbying organisations are spending millions of dollars on airtime - offering startlingly different diagnoses of what is wrong with the American healthcare system, and different prescriptions for treating it.

WHEN heirloom tomatoes became popular in the 1990s, Jack Rabin became acutely uncomfortable.
“Everyone was going gaga over them. My farmers were trying to grow them, and we’d walk out in the field and just see horticultural garbage,” said Mr. Rabin, a longtime agricultural extension agent with Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J.

Here is a picture of my daughter Alana Noelle. She is 11 months old, loves her two dogs Sandy and Rocco, likes to watch Sesame Street and can't live without her Gerber finger foods. She loves to cruise around the house and currently trying to walk!
