Liv Tyler wants to reconcile with estranged husband Royston Langdon, just a month after they announced their separation, according to reports.
The actress ended speculation about the state of her five year marriage in May by releasing a statement confirming she’d split from the British rocker.
But sources tell Star magazine that Tyler has had a change of heart after chatting with married friend Gwyneth Paltrow, and now she wants to salvage her marriage for the sake of her three-year-old son Milo.

I plan to tell my husband of 4 years tonight that its over. I know in my head its the logical thing to do. We are both in our 40's and we never intended to have any children.

She is much more Religious Right then I like in Conservative politicians, but I still found her interesting.
The new wave of female firebrands striking fear into liberal America
Right-wing radicals are already pinning presidential ambitions on a mother-of-five from Minnesota who calls herself a 'fool for Christ' and condemns Obama as a socialist at the head of a gangster regime

My boyfriend and I have been together four years. I also have a five-year-old son (he's not the dad, dad is out of the picture). Recently, my boyfriend moved out of state, halfway across the country, to go to grad school while my son and I stayed behind (I didn't have any money saved up, and I have a really good job here, though it's not what I want to do for much longer). I am completely miserable and unsure of what to do.

I've recently lost a relationship with a friend that lasted a decade. She has briefly been linked to my boyfriend in the past although she claims it was only a physical hook-up after a short-lived crush that resulted in them being better suited as friends while she pursued his best friend romantically. I met my boyfriend after she set us up and everything went fine until she immaturely was negative about us and acted out in different ways.

Of debt and deadbeats

A new culture war is brewing over capitalism
SEVENTEEN Uncle Sams were seen begging on the streets of Washington, DC, this week. They were a sad sight, with their slightly bedraggled red, white and blue hats and their cardboard signs with the hand-scrawled plea: “I want YOU to give me $12 trillion.” It was a publicity stunt, of course, staged by DefeatTheDebt.com, a fiscally hawkish pressure group. But it captured something important about the national mood.

No words can adequately do justice to your thoughts and feelings unless you wrap them in some unexceptionable gifts. Exchanging gifts on auspicious occasion is the grand gesture of wishing good luck and well being. Sending gifts become token of gratitude, an authentic symbol that coveys true feelings of the heart.

Another thread was discussing one rather questionable website which facilitated and promoted actual cheating on a spouse. I found myself really angry because I felt what this man was doing was tarnishing the marriage vows. I was angry because he was married and had children BUT chose to do this for notoriety.
This morning while having coffee with a few of my BFF's we discussed this and my anger was perhaps valid BUT we did find that what was the largest dilemma was the vast differences in interpreting what actually cheating on a spouse is.
There was a stance that online flirting was cheating but another felt it was harmless. There was a feeling that as long as nothing becomes "physically" exchanged then it isn't cheating...but another disagreed. One friend felt that anything her man did, whether it was flirting in a chat room, looking at porn online, or sending an email to another female with content not work-related was actually cheating.
