Calif.: Site broke labor law by taping octuplets
By MICHAEL R. BLOOD, Associated Press Writer
LOS ANGELES – California authorities slapped an online site Tuesday with four child-labor law violations for videotaping two of Nadya Suleman's octuplets without safeguards to protect their health and welfare.
State Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet said RadarOnline endangered the newborns, Noah and Isaiah Suleman, by failing to get required state permits, videotaping the infants at hours and for periods of time banned by regulations, and for failing to provide a monitor to watch over them during taping sessions.

Beyonce is nothing short of a glam goddess,on stage,on screen,on magazine.that ''single ladies''body?it doesn't come easy!the singer told the mag how she got in the best shape of her life for her current worl tour.
SHE PUTS IN THE WORK-the star works out five days a week with her trainer.those workouts include 100squats,step-ups and wlking lunges(each!).Good God,no wonder she looks so good,on top of that workout, she gets another kind of workout on stage every night with her dancing and singing at the same time.go Bey.
SHE MAKES IT FUN-an upper body workout can get boring(i know and painful too)with all those repetitions,so she added her own twist to it''i'll put on a song that i really like and do {biceps curls with} 5 pounds weight on the whole song''.or using 3pounds weights, she'll box for the lenght of one track.

Just before Christmas, detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department pried open a crate outside a warehouse to find something they had been chasing for months: an 840-pound Brazilian emerald that had been reported stolen.
Now, if they could just figure out who owns it. So far, at least five people have come forward to say it's theirs.

There is no such thing as too much Christmas spirit for
Brit Greig Howe. He bought a 35-foot tall Christmas tree
for his house...which only stands about 30 feet.
Does he have giant, vaulted ceilings?

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - The entire world loves Will Smith, but not Dresden Graham, a 65-year-old retiree who is waging a war against Smith's latest film, the drama "Seven Pounds," which is shooting in her Hollywood neighborhood.
The production is based just three houses up from Graham's home, where she has lived in since the mid-'80s. Trucks line the street, crews are busy setting up and striking down, generators hum, and security and police officers patrol the area.

The bandit pulled his truck to the back of a Burger King in Northern California one afternoon last month armed with a hose and a tank. After rummaging around assorted restaurant rubbish, he dunked a tube into a smelly storage bin and, the police said, vacuumed out about 300 gallons of grease.
Nick Damianidis, an owner of Olympia Pizza and Pasta in Arlington, Wash., has had oil stolen.
