Even if skin care products usually do not give nutrients deep into the actual living cells under the superficial layers of the skin, the Vitamin E in several products is actually beneficial. Researchers have found that by using antioxidants to the skin, free radical damage that would usually happen through exposure to sunlight, can be avoided or at least lessened. Vitamin E is a well known component in many skin care creams of Netalab. The scientist proved that the protective effects of Vitamin E from that time of UV exposure were seen 2-3 days later.

WASHINGTON – A new strain of the virus that causes AIDS has been discovered in a woman from the African nation of Cameroon. It differs from the three known strains of human immunodeficiency virus and appears to be closely related to a form of simian virus recently discovered in wild gorillas, researchers report in Monday's edition of the journal Nature Medicine.
The finding "highlights the continuing need to watch closely for the emergence for new HIV variants, particularly in western central Africa," said the researchers, led by Jean-Christophe Plantier of the University of Rouen, France.

A little long, but worth reviewing every Summer, I think :
It doesn't take much time in the sun for most people to get the vitamin D they need, and unprotected exposure to the sun's ultraviolet rays can cause skin damage, eye damage, immune system suppression, and even cancer. Even people in their twenties can develop skin cancer....
Most kids rack up between 50% and 80% of their lifetime sun exposure before age 18, so it's important that parents teach their children how to enjoy fun in the sun safely.

Hey ladies,
Well my skin is going crazy, one day it's got dry patches, the next it's oily, then I have a problem with it breaking out, then it's tight, etc etc. I usually have sensitive skin, but it never changes so much, so I diagnosed myself and I think my skin is stressed, well, I'm stressed, so my skin is too. Every day it's a surprise to see what kind of skin type I'll have that day.

Hormones and their Actions
Hormones are NOT drugs. They are natural substances that are vital to your health. As you age, your hormones production progressively decreases, which leads to and accelerates the aging process and the onset of age related disease.

Q: IS GLITTER DANGEROUS FOR YOUR EYES?
A: "Glitter can be especially problematic for contact-lens wearers," says Marc Weinstein, an optometrist in New York City. "The little particles can get lodged under lenses and scratch the cornea, which may lead to serious infection."

I've been doing this eye look for a few weeks now fairly often, so I thought I would share with you how I created this look. Since my last blogs on makeup I have had a eye swelling problem caused by allergies that has made it so that my eyes don't look as nice anymore. I have a lot more lines and the skin is very stretched.
