My mother had beautiful, flawless skin. Wherever she went, she was always admired for this feature. Although I wasn't lucky enough to inherit her skin, I did inherit her beuty secrets. One product that she used in her regular beauty routine was good old witch hazel.

Dear Sugar,
I just started jogging a little over two weeks ago. I always do at least a five minute warm up walk and jog for about seven to eight minutes because that is about all i can do at this point, then I warm down by walking. I stretch before and after and wear the appropriate jogging shoes.

The anus is the end of the large intestine, below the rectum, through which stool (solid waste) leaves the body. Ice climbing is a lot like rock climbing - Instead of grabbing on to cracks and rock ledges with your hands, you dig tools into ice and frozen waterfalls that have formed over the rock.
Obviously, you'll need to love being in the cold if you want to learn to ice climb. Don't go out and buy all the expensive equipment to ice climb just yet.

LONDON (AP) -- Hundreds of people on any given day will die, develop the paralyzing Guillain-Barre syndrome or have spontaneous abortions, and that doesn't necessarily mean that their swine flu vaccination shot was to blame, a new study says.
As millions of people worldwide begin getting the new swine flu shot, public health officials are bracing for rumors about dangerous side effects linked to the vaccine.
To provide context, experts combed hospital databases and population samples in Britain, Canada, Finland, the United States and elsewhere to find daily baseline rates of commonly reported events like Guillain-Barre syndrome, sudden deaths, seizures and abortions.

Motherhood definitely seems to agree with Jennifer Hudson, who gave birth to her first child, David – named after her fiancé, David Otunga – on Aug. 10. "I love being nurturing and caring because I love to see other people happy," says Hudson.

Dear Fit,
I've been taking a yoga class for about a year with this amazing instructor. We're always trying new poses and I'm soaked with sweat by the end from moving around so much. Plus the next day, I'm really sore so I know I'm working hard.
