Asparagus has recently become one of my favorite vegetables. It tastes great, but what I love most about it is how easy it is to prepare. I sauté mine in a little toasted sesame oil, which is probably my favorite oil for sautéing.

I was given the honor of cooking Thanksgiving dinner for my family this year. It was only three of us so it wasn't a huge challenge, but still a fun project!
This meal is pretty similar to my Halloween Dinner, but the food was such a success I had to make it again.

Yams, which are rich in folate, as well as vitamins C and B6. These vegetables contain diosgenin, a substance similar to progesterone, which can help stimulate ovaries to release one or more eggs each month.
Nuts and seeds, including almonds, walnuts and pumpkin seeds, are a great source of fatty acids.
