"As parents of an adult child in the throws of a mental health crisis, we were extremely disappointed this morning to learn that over the recommendation of her treating psychiatrist, our daughter Britney was released from the hospital that could best care for her and keep her safe. We are deeply concerned about our daughter's safety and vulnerability and we believe her life is presently at risk. There are conservatorship orders in place created to protect our daughter that are being blatantly disregarded.

Britney Spears will share equal custody of her sons with Kevin Federline until 2010, after a judge extended an agreement allowing her to see the kids during her Circus world tour.The superstar singer negotiated a deal with ex-husband Federline earlier this year, which allowed her to take her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, around the world while she undertakes her latest global trek.Federline - who has primary custody of the children - traveled with Spears` entourage, and the deal worked out so well for all parties that Spears was granted extra time with her kids, splitting custody equally with her ex.The deal was initially agreed until the end of August, but lawyers for both parents have agreed to extend the order until the end of 2009.The hitmaker will still be allowed 50/50 custody, and even more at certain times, according to TMZ.com.

The judge found that Lutfi has been harassing Britney.
