I love Sin City and I love Frank Miller's comics, but I'm still not sold on The Spirit. It really irritates me when people talk about "Frank Miller movies" and his "film style" when they fail to realize that he has no style yet. Sin City was only co-directed by Miller; the actual directing was done by Robert Rodriguez.LIFE IS SPIRIT

"Office" co-star Wilson to host Spirit Awards
By Gregg Kilday LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Actor Rainn Wilson, who plays tyrannical salesman Dwight Schrute in "The Office," will host the Spirit Awards, the art-house world's version of the Oscars, on February 23. The event, which takes place on Santa Monica beach the day before the Academy Awards, will go ahead with the blessing of the striking Writers Guild of America (WGA). Christina Aguilera calls partying criticism “mean spirited”
On Tuesday MSat wrote a story that incited a lot of debate asking why new mom Christina Aguilera is able to go out partying and get wasted while Nicole Richie gets vilified for just making an appearance. Commenters Jag and Jenna mentioned that Aguilera’s clownish face doesn’t sell magazines while Nicole Richie does. Although he did not win his Best Supporting Male Actor nomination, fans were extremely happy to get their Channing fix and a new batch of drool-worthy pics.
