I was anticipating the release of this book, then eventually forgot about it until I made a much needed trip to my local library. I wasn't quite sure what to expect from Nicole, but I think that (from what I've seen on tv and read about her) Nicole seems to have a really neat personality and a great sense of humor and this book really showcases that. It seemed a bit confusing at first; partly because it was a novel but she was the narrator (as herself, Nicole Richie) with these celebutante friends (I was wondering if she would slip in who was supposed to be who but she did an excellent job of mixing the characters' traits, wrong doings and described appearances with her actual celebutante friends).

Back in February, the Washington Post reported in a fact check, But the Obama-Ayers link is a tenuous one.(Washington Post, 2/18/08)
As part of a larger project where I'm compiling a long list of all the lies and smears spread about Obama, here are 30 lies about Ayers and Obama.
Tonight's Hannity's America featured more of these absurd lies about Obama and Ayers in Hannity's infomercial for idiocy, including an amazing interview with legendary anti-Semitic crackpot Andy Martin:
LIE: "My view is that the community organizer was really a sham event. Bill Ayers was testing him."(Andy Martin, Hannity's America, October 5, 2008, "Obama and His Friends: History of Radicalism")
TRUTH: Bill Ayers had nothing to do with Obama's community organizing job.

Two years ago, at 31, Kate Winslet became the youngest actress ever to earn five Oscar nominations. This go-round, either of her two new movies—Revolutionary Road, which re-unites her with Leonardo DiCaprio, or The Reader—could put a statue in her hands. Winslet talks about having been a fat girl, getting checked out by the moms at her kids’ school, and going one-on-one with DiCaprio for her husband, director Sam Mendes.

Every morning of every weekday for 12 years, Thomas Montgomery punched in at the Dynabrade factory in Clarence, a small town in upstate New York. He strapped on his goggles and stood at his machine until the late afternoon, churning out components for power tools.

I took the full list and did a mini review for the ones I have seen with a 10 scale rating. :) I have a few more at my house waiting to be seen as well. If nothing is written by the film I have not seen it yet.

Disney packed a great panel this year with two highly anticipated films!
Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian
A panel of crew members, mostly visual effects and costumes, were on hand and director Andrew Adamson was live via satellite from Prague to show us some footage from the film. They showed some pre-viz animation and a trailer they'd put together with unfinished effects that looked amazing.

Psalm 73:26
My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
Romans 5:3-5
Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope doesn't disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.

I've seen a couple more movies in the last few days, so I thought I'd give a quick update.
On Wednesday, I saw Dreamgirls, followed by Little Children.
Dreamgirls was very good and the music was awesome.
