couple of weeks ago we reported on how Tina Fey, star and creator of the super-funny “30 Rock,” was dreaming of casting Oprah Winfrey as her best friend on the show. That dream may become a reality, according to a source who was at a recent taping of Oprah’s show, on which Tina was a guest.

"Dax is a gem – one of my closest friends," Poehler told PEOPLE at the comedy's premiere Wednesday night, as it kicked off the 7th annual Tribeca Film Festival in New York.

The Saturday Night Live regular, 36, and her husband, Will Arnett, are to become first-time parents, their rep Lewis Kay confirms to PEOPLE.
The baby is due in late fall.

Mom-to-be Amy Poehler is in talks to join NBC's Office spin-off, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Her name was first linked to the show in April, according to the trade magazine, but resurfaced in late June when serious talks with the network began.
Poehler's pregnancy (she is due in the fall) could also play a factor in her decision.
