A friend sent me this link of a boxer jumping on a big ole trampoline. It's cute.

Heidi Klum was on the Jimmy Kimmel show last night to promote Project Runway, and they had a big trampoline on the stage. Heidi and Seal have one at home, so Kimmel brought one on to add some variety to the show. It’s pretty amusing watching them jump up and down and try and talk.

Here it is girls! The very first post from the book Becoming The Woman I Want To Be by:Donna Partow
Here are some things I think you should know, if you don't already know, if you have any health conditions, such as diabetes, consult your physician first. The diet part of this book does require fasting sometimes.

I used to be an avid fitness lover, I worked out EVERYDAY, I had a six pack...I was HOT.
Then I had a baby, a rough labor which led to a poor diet, a pooch, and stretch marks...and everything has gone downhill.
SOOOOOOOO
I am picking myself up, dusting off...and getting my ass back in gear.

Today's Chinese nightclubs (Yezonghui) vary from their western counterparts in that headshaking (an effect of Chinese "Yaotouwan" Ecstasy pills) and a trampoline floor replace actual dancing, while ceaseless DJ call-and-response over really bad Euro-House techno substitutes for music.
In addition to the go-go girls in their revealingly short skirts and platform boots, Chinese "Diting" megaclubs usually pay young ladies (wunü) to populate their dance floors in an effort to attract male patrons. However any attempt to approach these girls can be expected to be met with vacant stares and disinterest.

Two pounds a week is the typically advised weight loss, but pro Tracy Anderson says she has worked out a way to safely shed even faster!
“It’s perfectly healthy,” the former dancer, 33, tells Us of her plan. And the results of her regime speak for themselves in the super-fit physiques of clients Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna, not to mention her own transformation (the 5-foot mom dropped from 140 to 95 pounds).

So, my first week is over and apparently the holiday caught up with me. Last Thursday I weighed 185. This week I weigh 185.8 :(
I have been more active in the last week (taking walks, jumping on trampolines, outdoor picnic activities) but also made bad food choices (too much junk food at Memorial Day parties).

Glaciers Caused Gravity Anomaly in Canada
By Jeanna Bryner
(May 11) - A mysterious dip in gravity over Canada has been a weighty topic for some scientists. Now satellite data reveal a thick ice sheet that once cloaked the region partially resolves this so-called gravitational anomaly.
(For years, scientists have been puzzled by the so-called "missing gravity" in a huge swath of land centered around Hudson Bay in Northern Canada, above.)
Scientists have known that the Hudson Bay region features lower gravity than surrounding areas.
