i'm feeling good & relaxed. i did 15 minutes on the elliptical and 15 on the treadmill.

Mood at the beginning of the workout: Motivated, but tired

Workout summary: Lifted Upper body and core and a bit of cardio
Workout details:
5 minute warmup on the treadmill @ 4-5 incline/3.5-3.7 pace
Back Extensions--3 sets--10 reps
Dips--3 sets--10 reps
Plank--3 sets--1 min each
Leg Lifts--3 sets--15 reps
Backwards Fly--3 sets--40 lbs--1 with 11 reps
--40 lbs--5 reps & 30 lbs 5 reps
--30 lbs --10 reps
Treadmill for one mile at 2-4 incline and 3.5 pace (16 minutes plus a 2 minute cool down)

on thursday david & i worked out for 30 minutes. i did ten minutes on the elliptical. the other twenty i did on the treadmill.

Anybody want to share your favorite workout with the group? I love getting new ideas for the gym or for at-home routines to mix it up.
My latest favorite at the gym is 30 minutes on the treadmill with challenging intervals (warmup, 3 sets of 3min fast, 1min easy, 4 sets of 2min fast + incline, 1min easy, cool down), followed by 20 minutes of random hills on the stationary bike.

Yesterday I was still a little under the weather, but Sunday is our big 5K walk for St. Patty's Day so I had to get my arse to the gym.
Treadmill
36 minutes
2.10 miles
208 calories burned
Level 3 (the incline)
Speed (average) 3.5
Then I just did a little stretching and went home to shower.
