Most couples dream about their wedding day for years and then are shocked when the day breezes past and is so busy they can hardly remember talking to their Auntie Anne or cramming cake into their beloved's face. In fact, the Wedding and Event Videographers Association reports that prior to their weddings, barely 50 percent of brides list videography as a Top 10 item. However, after the weddings 79 percent place videography among their Top 10 items for wedding planning.

Until her sickness do us part: why men leave ill partners
Men are seven times more likely than women to leave a seriously ill partner, a study has found. So why are males less able to cope?
Cancer was, says Lesley Forrester, far easier to deal with than her husband’s reaction to her diagnosis.

What's up with John Edwards? If you had him on Google Alert this weekend, your e-mail inbox would have been swamped after the New York Times published a story speculating about whether the two-time Democratic presidential candidate – who has already admitted to two-timing his wife of more than 30 years, Elizabeth Edwards – is ready to admit he fathered a child with a former campaign worker. In August 2008, Edwards, after earlier denials, confirmed that he had an affair with Rielle Hunter, a videographer he met on his 2008 campaign.

Tom Brokaw.
With the passing of Walter Cronkite, Mr. Brokaw is considered perhaps the new "dean" of journalism. As such the former NBC News anchor is periodically summoned forth to assess the current world, an occasion that presented itself recently on the venerable NBC Sunday newser Meet the Press.

Ashley Tisdale was seen making out with her new boyfriend, music video director Scott Speer, while waiting in his car at a stoplight at 1AM in Los Angeles on Tuesday (April 21).
The 23-year-old singer/actress didn’t know she was being taped but when she noticed the videographer, Ashley turned bright red and hid her face in Scott’s shoulder. How cute!

There’s been some debate about whether or not there will be a video for Christina Aguilera’s new single, ‘Keeps Gettin’ Better’, but we saw a rough cut of the video yesterday so there will definitely be one. The video’s not finished yet but there’s still well over one week before the single’s released so there’s plenty of time.
In the edit we saw there was still a lot of green screen business waiting to having excitement thrown on top of it but the ‘concept’ of the video finds Christina by herself in an empty room.

The paperback re-issue of John Edwards’ cancer-stricken wife, Elizabeth, is raising some new questions about how much Elizabeth knew about her husband’s affair- and how she really felt about it. Her book, “Saving Graces: Finding Solace and Strength from Friends and Strangers,” was originally published in late 2006 and chronicles her battle with breast cancer as her husband campaigned with John Kerry. The just-issued paperback version of that memoir features some subtle new passages, written by Edwards herself, that could be interpreted as a slam at her husband’s mistress, Rielle Hunter, and at John himself.

The 50,000 bulbs that glow on the millennium ferris wheel in the Place de la Concorde illuminated the night sky recently as the car bearing chart-topper Rihanna made its way past the Obelisk of Luxor to avenue George V, where the maitre d’ of Findi’s awaited the arrival of the Barbados-born beauty. The videographers at X17 filmed as the singer, like any other tourist out for an evening in Paris, snapped photos of the famed French eatery as she walked down the red carpet toward the dining area, where patrons order from a menu featuring Italian-influenced items. Located across from the Four Seasons’ Hotel George V, Rihanna fans can follow in the entertainer’s footsteps by dining at the landmark restaurant, which is open seven days a week from noon until 3p.m., and again from 7p.m.
